At a glance.
We are very pleased that you plan to enjoy your holiday with us at Le Chalet.
Unfortunately, circumstances may arise, that you have to cancel your holiday with us, arrive later or leave earlier than planned
Up to 60 days before your agreed date of arrival, the booking can be cancelled in writing - without any cancellation fee being incurred.
Within the 60 days, cancellation is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:
– 59 to 30 days before the date of arrival: 50 % of the total arranged price
– from 29 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% of the total arranged price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire package price will be charged. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation or travel insurance.
Terms and conditions
After payment and receipt of a deposit worth 50% of the total price, the reservation is confirmed and considered binding. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. The LE CHALET residence is at your disposal from 3:00pm on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. We are happy to accommodate your individual arrival and departure times – where possible. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate pets.
Please be aware that Le Chalet is only available from 3:00pm in the afternoon. If you plan to arrive after 6:00pm, please inform us in good time. On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 12:00 noon at the latest.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us. We will of course be happy to arrange an individual solution for you that best suits your travel plans.
You can obtain the current road conditions report by calling 0043 810 966150 or checking online at https://www.lechzuers.com/en/live-infos/road-report. Please note that winter tyres are compulsory for driving in winter. We also recommend taking snow chains with you.

We are of course also available at any time to answer your questions, provide tips and impart insider information on the best experiences and highlights of the region.
Housekeeping
Your room will be taken care of daily. The final cleaning is included in the price.
At Le Chalet, you can pay via bank transfer, in cash or with EC/credit card.
At 1,600 metres above sea level, you won’t just feel like you are walking on air, you will also sleep like it. Thanks to carefully selected, high-quality beds, hygienic, allergy-friendly mattresses, plus pillows and bed linen from the local company Schraml – nothing stands in the way of healthy, restful sleep.
You will receive a chip and a key on arrival. Both allow access to all areas. When you leave Le Chalet in the evening, please remember to take the chip with you.
At Le Chalet, free Wi-Fi (Chalet L) is available in all areas. Your code: Welcome2Oberlech!
A wide range of German-language and international TV and radio stations (as well as information channels) are available.
You can park your car conveniently in the Anger underground car park in the centre of Lech. Parking is included in the price. Please note that it is not possible to drive to Oberlech in the winter months from December to April. More information about arrival & location can be found here.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking on the balcony is permitted.
A monitored ski & boot room including boot dryer is available for storing your sports equipment. We kindly ask you not to enter the other rooms with your ski boots on.
These are available for you in the ski room, free of charge. In case of loss or damage to the equipment, the corresponding value will be charged.
We are happy to wash and iron your laundry. Please inform us in good time and we will pick your laundry up.
A safe is available in your room for the storage of valuables
Start your day in the mountains invigorated with carefully selected delicacies from the local area. Home-made, natural regional products lovingly produced by trusted local suppliers make the difference. We are very happy to cater to your wishes and prepare exactly the breakfast you enjoy most.
At Le Chalet, we serve individually created delicacies for you every day. From regional breakfasts and lunches to 8-course evening menus, all for enjoying against the stimulating backdrop of the Arlberg natural world Our Chef de Cuisine and his team are at your disposal 24 hours a day. This service is included in the price, along with non-alcoholic and selected alcoholic drinks. At the bar, our experienced bartender will spoil you around the clock with exquisite spirits, superb wine recommendations and rarities from all over the world.
Lech also offers an excellent and varied selection of first-class restaurants. Let us know if you would like a recommendation and we will be happy to make table reservations for you.
Indoor pool with massage beds, sauna, steam bath, infrared beds and relaxation area – all with unconditional privacy. Available around the clock.
You will find bathrobes, bath towels and bath slippers in your room.
On request, we can organise a massage appointment with an external massage therapist.
